AFCI/GFCI
The power outlet and engine block heater utilize an AFCI/GFCI device to protect the electrical system and
user while in use. During operation no input is required from the operator for the device to function. If the
power outlet or block heater is not functioning, the AFCI/GFCI device may have tripped. The status
indicator on the device shows the potential cause of the fault. Table 9.0 lists the indicator status, device
operation and possible cause.
