When servicing the air conditioner, be sure the unit is unplugged.
Do not use gasoline, thinner, liquid insecticide or any chemicals
on the air conditioner. Use of these may damage the paint and
plastic parts. Never attempt to clean the unit by pouring water
directly on it as this will cause deterioration of the electrical
insulation.
