INTRODUCTION
Securitylock,transportandservice-Sidesafetylocks
Whenyouperformanymaintenanceproceduresonthe
harvester,itismandatorythatyouusethesafetylocks
(1).
1.Withthemachineparkedonalevelandrmsurface,
usethehydraulicsuspensioncontroltosuspendthe
machineatthedesiredheight.
2.Holdthelock(1)withonehand.Thenremovethe
cotterpins(2)andthepins(3).
NOTICE:Thelocks(1)arequiteheavy.Becareful
nottoaccidentallydropthelockswhenyouremove
thepins(3).

3.Lowerthelocks(1)totheground.
4.Installthepins(2)andthecotterpins(3).
NOTE:Ongroundthatiswetand/ornotcompacted,
thelocks(1)maysinkandcausetheharvesterto
lower.Lookforaproperlocationtosafelysupportthe
locks.
NOTICE:Beforeyougoundertheharvester,always
makesurethatthepins(2)areproperlyinstalledinthe
holesofthelocks(1).
NOTE:Beforeyouoperatetheharvester,always
checkthatthelocks(1)areproperlyretractedand
locked,asshowningure1.
5.Usethehydraulicsuspensioncontroltofullylowerthe
machine.
