Thetransmissionenableswitchcanbeenabledafterthefollowingconditionshavebeencompleted:
1.Transmissioncontrollerisinneutral(leftside).
2.F-N-Rswitchisinneutral(rightside).
3.Theenginemustberunning.
4.Machineisstationary.
5.Parkingbrakeisreleased.
DepressingthetransmissionenableswitchallowsthetransmissiontobecontrolledbytheauxiliaryF-N-Rswitch.The
indicatorlightonthebottomoftheenableswitchwillilluminatewhenactivated(seenote).
Ifthecolumnmountedtransmissioncontrollerismovedfromneutral,theengineisstoppedortheparkingbrakeis
applied,theauxiliaryF-N-Rmodeisdeactivatedandtransmissioncontroldefaultsbacktothetransmissioncontrol
lever.
NOTE:Within8secondsfromdepressingthetransmissionenableswitchthefollowingactionsmusttakeplaceorthe
F-N-Renableswitchmustbereactivated.
1.Theparkingbrakeswitchmustbereleased.
2.ShifttoforwardorreversefromtheneutralpositionontheF-N-Rswitch.
