44 SECTION 21 - TRANSMISSION
INPUT SHAFT ASSEMBLY
Re-new the piston sealing rings and the O-rings.
To assist assembly bend the inner sealing ring into
a heart shape as shown.
Using transmission fluid to lubricate the seals push
the piston into the drum.
Replace the spring, the retainer and the circlip.
Using the tool 380002689 compress the spring and
locate the circlip into its groove.
