TEST PORT
The transmission oil, should be at an approximate
temperature of 80 °C during pressure tests.
All pressure test ports have a 9/16” UNF thread.
Forward, reverse and 4WD clutch pack pressures
should not be more than 1 bar lower than the oil
pump pressure.
Oil pump pressure test port. Pressure should be
13.5 to 15.5 bar at maximum engine speed. (Ap-
proximately 2500 rpm).
Reverse clutch pressure test point.
Pressure should be 12.5 to 15.5 bar at maximum en-
gine speed. (Approximately 2500 rpm).
Forward the clutch pressure test point.
Pressure should be 12.5 to 15.5 bar at maximum en-
gine speed. (Approximately 2500 rpm).
