Adjustment

1. Loosen the lock nut (1) and turn the adjusting
screw (2) of the valve concerned until the correct
pressure is reached.
2. Tighten the lock nut (1) while holding the adjusting
screw (2) in position.
3. When the adjusting screw has been tightened,
check the pressure again and make sure there are
no leaks.
4. Reset the secondary relief valve (A) to its original
pressure (refer to "Setting the standard
pressure").

1. Disconnect the swing cancellation solenoid valve
connector (green).
2. Display the diagnostic screen "CHK1".
3. Start the engine and select the "S" mode.
4. Operate the swing brake control on the instrument
panel (indicator lamp ON).
5. Slowly operate the swing lever to the right, then
gradually increase engine speed to full speed to
ensure that the swing is locked.
6. Repeat Step 5 for the LH swing, the pressures
should be:
Note the pressures if they are not correct to find the
number of shims needed for adjustment. One 0.1 mm
shim corresponds to 5 bars of pressure.
