willnolongerbecoveredforWarrantybyCASECONSTRUCTION.
Biodieselfuelusageconditions
Youmuststringentlyfollowthebiodieselfuelusageconditions.Incorrectapplicationofthebiodieselfuelusagecon-
ditionscouldleadtoseveredamagetotheengine,fuelinjectionequipmentandaftertreatmentsystem.
Themainconcernsrelatedtooperationwithbiodieselfuelsare:

Filtersandinjectorblockagecausedbypoorfuelquality.
•
Wearandcorrosionofinternalcomponentsduetowatercontent,whichaffectslubricity.
•
Deteriorationofsomerubbersealingcompoundsinthefuelsystem.
•
Biodieseloxidation,whichcanleadtotheformationofdepositsthatcanharmthefuelinjectionsystem.
NOTICE:Anyproblemintheenginefuelinjectionequipmentassociatedwithnon-compliancetothefollowingcondi-
tionsforbiodieselfuelhandlingandmaintenancewillnotbecoveredforWarrantybyCASECONSTRUCTION.
Purchasebiodieselfuelfromatrustedsupplierwhounderstandstheproductandmaintainsacceptablefuelquality.
ItishighlyrecommendedthatyouusebiodieselfromBQ9000accreditedsupplierstomaintainthequalityandcon-
sistencyofthefuel.TheBQ9000QualityManagementProgramisaccreditedbytheNationalBiodieselBoardfor

Storage
Themachineshouldnotbestoredforlongperiodswithoutchangingthedieselfuelinthefuelsystem.
NOTICE:Biodieselishighlyhygroscopicandtendstocollectwatermorethandieselfuel.Thisincreasestheriskof
algaeandbacteriagrowthwhichcancauseseveredamagetothefuelinjectionsystem.Keepthemachinefueltanks
andon-sitestoragetanksasfullaspossibletolimittheamountofairandwatervaporsinsidethetank.Drainwater
fromthetanksatleastonceaweek.
Ifthemachineshouldbestoredforlongperiods,makesuretoreplacethedieselfueleverythreemonthsatmost.
