provedsafetyclothing,suchasanti-slipfootwear,sleeves,protectivegoggles,helmets,etc.

Wearsafetygoggleswithsideshieldswhencleaningpartsusingcompressedair.
•
Wornordamagedcablesandchainsarenotreliable.Donotusetheseelementsinliftingortowingoperations.
•
Useregulationsafetyequipment,suchasapprovedeyeprotection,helmets,clothes,sleeves,andspecialfootwear
wheneveryouarewelding.Allindividualsneartheweldingprocessmustuseregulationeyeprotection.Neverlook
attheweldingarcwithoutusingsuitableeyeprotection.

Neverperformanyrepairsonthemachineifthereissomeoneintheoperatorseat,exceptwhenthepersonisa
qualiedoperatorwhoishelpingwiththeservicetobeperformed.

Neveroperatethemachineoruseaccessoriesfromaplaceotherthantheoperatorseatornexttothemachine
whenoperatingthefenderswitches.
•
Neverperformanyoperationsonthemachinewiththeenginerunning,exceptwhenspecicallyinstructedtodo
so.Shutdowntheengineandreleaseallthepressurefromthehydrauliccircuitsbeforeremovingcovers,cases,
valves,etc.
•
Youmustconductallrepairandmaintenanceoperationswiththeutmostcareandattention.
•
Disconnectthebatteriesandputwarninglabelsonallofthecontrolstowarnthatthemachineisbeingrepaired.
Lockthemachineandalltheequipmentthatyouremove.

Nevercheckorllthefueltankorbatteriesorusestartinguidwhenyouaresmokingornearanakedame,
becausetheseuidsareammable.

Thefuelllinggunmustremainincontactwiththellerneck.Maintainthecontactuntilthefuelstopsowinginto
thetankinordertoavoidsparkscausedbystaticelectricitybuild-up.

Totransportafaultymachine,useatraileroralowloaderplatformtrolley,ifavailable.

Toloadandunloadthemachinefromthemodeoftransportation,chooseaatareathatoffersrmsupportforthe
wheelsofthetruckortrailer.Securelyfastenthemachinetotheplatformofthetrailerortruck,inaccordancewith

Neverusegasoline,diesel,orotherammableliquidsforcleaning.Useonlynon-toxicsolvents.

Donotallowclothssoakedwithoilorgreasetoaccumulatebecausetheycancausearerisk.Alwayskeepthese
clothsinametalcontainer.
Starting

Neverstarttheengineinenclosedspacesthatarenotequippedwithasuitableexhaustsystemorgas-extraction
system.
•
Neverbringyourhead,body,arms,legs,feet,hands,orngersclosetofansorrotatingbelts.
Engine
•
Alwaysloosentheradiatorcapslowlybeforeremovingit,inordertodissipatethesystempressure.Youmusttop
upthecoolantwiththeenginestopped.
•
Donotllupthefueltankwhentheengineisrunning.
•
Neveradjustthefuelinjectionpumpwhenthemachineisinmotion.
