Trouble shooting, what if …?
Problem Possible cause Remedy
Cracks in steel core
Uneven wear of
diamond segments
Too hard saw blade
Worn receptacle of cutting shaft
Too much clearance in bearings
of cutting shaft
Use suitable softer saw blade
Have cutting shaft replaced
Replace / have replaced bearings
The problems and possible causes are a result of natural wear and tear in the correct handling of the joint cutter
respectively the diamond saw blade.
Therefore read the operating manual very carefully!
