Limited Warranty
Your CEFALY DUAL is protected by a three (3) year limited warranty from the original date of pur-
chase when purchased directly from www.cefaly.com or CEFALY US, Inc. This limited warranty en-
sures your CEFALY DUAL is free of defects in manufacture and workmanship if used in accordance
with the instrucons provided. Electrodes, charging cables, and other accessories are excluded from
this warranty. Please keep your invoice or sales receipt as your Proof of Purchase date.
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the aachment
of any unauthorized accessory; alteraon to the product; improper installaon; unauthorized repairs
or modicaons; improper use of electrical/power supply; dropped product; malfuncon or damage
of an operang part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance and storage;
transportaon damage; the; neglect; vandalism; environmental condions; loss of use during the
period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaing parts or repair; or any other condions
whatsoever that are beyond the control of CEFALY Technology.
These limited warranes are eecve only if the product is purchased from www.cefaly.com or CE-
FALY US, Inc. and the product is only operated in the country in which the product is purchased. A
product that requires modicaons or adopon to enable it to operate in any other country than the
