Troubleshooting
If you experience any zapping or shocking sensaon during treatment, stop treatment
immediately. Zapping and shocking sensaons are not expected during treatment
and may result in injury if allowed to connue. Once you stop treatment, ensure
that you have thoroughly cleansed the forehead area with soap and water and dry
thoroughly. Ensure you use an electrode with a moist and cool gel surface without
cracks or dry areas. Reapply the electrode, ensuring full adhesion to the skin by
running your ngers along the enre length of the electrode. Ensure there are no air
bubbles under the electrode. If you sll experience shocking or zapping aer these
procedures, stop treatment immediately and contact CEFALY for further informaon.
