Troubleshooting
• Consult your healthcare provider about experiencing these symptoms with your
migraine.
Possible Cause:
• The CEFALY Enhanced does not have enough charge.
• Your electrode is not scking well to your forehead.
• Your CEFALY Enhanced is not properly secured to the electrode.
• Device is not responding when trying to switch ON

• Use the micro-USB cable to connect the Charging Dock, then place the CEFALY
Enhanced onto the Charging Dock and let it charge for 4+ hours. If this is your rst me
