indoor signal solution.
This Cel-Fi system is designed to provide you with signicant improve-
ments in coverage as well as 3G data rates.
Setting up the system is extremely simple and consists of placing and
plugging in two components; a Window Unit and a Coverage Unit.
By spending just a few minutes using the instructions in this guide, you
can optimize the installation and get the very most from your new Cel-Fi
System. If you have any trouble during setup, please use the trouble
shooting steps included in this guide.

Setting Up Your Cel-Fi System

Find the Best 3 G Coverage Spot

Locate the spot in your home or office with the strongest 3G signal using your phone.

Plug in the Window Unit

Connect the Window Unit to an accessible power outlet and verify at least one signal bar is displayed.

Optimize Window Unit Placement

Adjust the Window Unit's position to achieve the maximum number of signal bars for better operation.

Place the Coverage Unit

Connect the Coverage Unit to power and confirm a green indicator light on the display after it stabilizes.

Optimize Coverage Unit Placement

Position the Coverage Unit as far as possible from the Window Unit to maximize coverage, aiming for a display reading of 7, 8, or 9.

Troubleshooting Cel-Fi RS2

Window Unit - No Power

No lights on the Window Unit display indicate a power issue. Check connections and power sources.

Window Unit - Flashing Green Light

Flashing green status light on Window Unit means it's selecting a channel. Wait for it to stabilize.

Window Unit - Solid Red Light

Solid red status light indicates a hardware error. Attempt a reset or contact support.

Window Unit - No 3 G Signal

No signal bars and green status light means no 3G signal. Relocate Window Unit to improve reception.

Window Unit - Flashing Signal Bars

Flashing signal bars indicate missing network data. Insert the operator SD card into the Window Unit.

Coverage Unit - No Power

No lights on the Coverage Unit display indicate a power issue. Check connections and power sources.

Coverage Unit - Cycling Display

Cycling display on Coverage Unit means it's establishing a link. Wait or move away from wireless interference.

Coverage Unit - Display Shows 0

A '0' on the Coverage Unit display means it's too close to the Window Unit. Increase the distance between them.

Coverage Unit - Red Too Far Indicator

Red 'Too Far' indicator means Coverage Unit is too distant from Window Unit. Reduce the separation.

Coverage Unit - Red Status Indicator

Red status indicator on Coverage Unit signals a hardware error. Try resetting or contact support.

Performance - Low Signal Improvement

Improve signal by moving units or placing Coverage Unit farther away for better coverage numbers.
