The part reference “B51 ; B51A” includes the following:
– Basic tool complete with battery and shoulder strap.
– Spare battery.
– Battery charger.
– Plastic carrying case "VAL P5".
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE (Ref. to Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4)
2.1) Preparation (Ref. to Figs. 1, 2)
The tool can be easily carried using either the handle or the shoulder strap (T) attached
to the rings (R).
With the tool in the rest position
proceed as follows:
– Select the appropriate die set
for the connector.
– Open the latch (41) and
release the upper die holder
(42).
– Insert one die into the upper
die holder (42) and one
die into the lower die
support (49).
– Close the latch (41).
– Insert the conductor in the connector.
– Position the connector between the
dies and ensure the correct location of
the crimp.
Ensure that the latch and the upper die holder are fully secured, otherwise damage
may occur during tool operation.
2.2) Die advancement
(Ref. to Fig. 3)
Press operating button (10) to acti-
vate the motor-pump and advance
the lower die. To halt the advance-
ment, release operating button (10)
and the motor will cut out.
