Mounting Jack into Lifting Frame
Being careful not to damage the 1.
Release Pedal (18), secure the Jack
(16) to the Jack Mounting Plate with
two Bolts (20). See FIGURE 1.
Lift the 2. Lifting Frame (11) on to the
Jack’s ram and place the Pin (37),
on the upper end of the Jack’s arm,
into the bracket on the Lifting Frame
(11), securing it with the Bolt (36).
Installing the Pedal and Handle
Loosen and remove the screw that 1.
holds in the Foot Pedal (17). Insert
the Foot Pedal (17) into the receiver
of the Jack (16). Use the screw you
loosened from the pedal assembly to
secure the Foot Pedal (17) into the
receiver of the Jack.
Insert the 2. Handle (12) into the recep-
tacle on the Rear Lift Arm (5) and
secure it with the Pin (13).
Testing the Stop Bar (9)
The Stop Bar (9) must be locked in 1.
one of the four positions after lifting a
load. Not engaging the Stop Bar (9)
may result in serious injury or death,
and damage the Lift.
