      Your Central Machinery Lathe might not be turning on due to several reasons: * The speed control lever may not be in its lowest speed setting. Ensure it is. * The electrical outlet might not be working or could be of the wrong voltage. Verify that the lathe is plugged into a working, 120 volt, grounded outlet. * A fuse might be blown, or a circuit breaker tripped. Try replacing the fuse or resetting the circuit breaker.
