Cleaning, Maintenance, and
Lubrication
Note: These procedures are in addition to
the regular checks and maintenance
explained as part of the regular
operation of the air-operated tool.
1. Daily - Air Supply Maintenance:
Every day, perform maintenance
on the air supply according to
the component manufacturers’
instructions. The lubricator’s oil
level needs to be maintained and
the moisture lter must be regularly
drained. Performing routine
maintenance on the air supply will
allow the tool to operate more safely

Tool Disassembly, Cleaning,

mechanism cleaned, inspected, and
lubricated by a qualied technician.
3. To periodically add tool oil, use a
hex wrench (not included) to remove
Screw (4). After oil has been added
via opening, replace Screw.
4. Clean the inlet bushing and air
strainer screens regularly.
5. Regularly check if the housing cap
screws are tight. If not, tighten them.
6. When storing, always store Impact
Wrench in clean, dry and safe
location out of reach of children)
