The Centrometal CSK-Touch is a digital room corrector designed for controlling heating systems, offering a 4.3" color touch screen for intuitive operation. It connects wirelessly to a PelTec boiler via a built-in CM-WiFi box and CM2K module, utilizing a WiFi signal for communication.
The primary function of the CSK-Touch is to provide room temperature control and manage the on/off status of the heating circuit. Beyond basic temperature measurement and correction, it allows users to adjust the temperature of the accumulation tank or hydraulic crossover, and, if applicable, the domestic hot water (DHW) temperature. The device also enables the setting of schedules for the heating circuit, DHW, and boiler. A key feature is its ability to connect multiple digital room correctors to a single boiler, allowing for temperature adjustments across various correctors from one central unit. The compact and elegant design ensures it integrates seamlessly into any home environment.
The device offers various display views, allowing users to monitor different heating circuits or associated room correctors. Each view can be customized with a name (e.g., "Living Room," "Ground Floor") and assigned to a specific heating circuit. The measurement correction feature allows for fine-tuning the displayed room temperature if it deviates from the actual room temperature. The display settings include options for background images and backlight intensity, which can be adjusted for normal operation or when settings are changed. If connected to the internet via the CM-WiFi box, the device can display a weather forecast for the current location, including current temperature, date, time, and a four-day forecast with minimum and maximum daily temperatures.
The "Boiler Menu" provides comprehensive monitoring of the boiler's operation, including current phase, flame and fan operation symbols, boiler temperature, and, depending on the configuration, temperatures in the accumulation tank, hydraulic crossover, and DHW tank. Users can switch the boiler on/off directly from this menu. The corrector also displays warning or error messages from the boiler control, which can be acknowledged and remain recorded for later review.
The "Schedule" menu allows for setting time schedules for selected heating circuits, the boiler, and DHW heating. Users can choose to switch schedules off or select from predefined tables with active and inactive time intervals. For heating circuits, this includes setting day/night temperature modes or table-based schedules, defining specific times for daytime and nighttime temperatures. Similarly, boiler and DHW schedules can be configured with active and inactive times, allowing for precise control over heating periods.
The "Temperature" menu provides access to various temperature settings and differentiations, mirroring those found on the boiler control. These include day/night room temperatures, heating curve, correction coefficient, buffer tank temperatures (default, minimum, start/stop differentials), crossover temperature, and DHW temperatures (default, start differential).
The "Settings" menu covers connection parameters, sound adjustments, information display, and factory reset options.
