Flashing Light (Optional)
The DC LAMP and GND connectors on the control board are for the FA42LM fl ashing light. The fl ashing
light will turn on before the gate opens.
Photoelectric Sensor and Edge Sensor Connection
The connection for the photoelectric sensor and edge sensor is normally closed.
PHOTOELECTRIC SENSOR
Photoelectric sensors can be connected to IR1 or IR2.
When the beam of a photoelectric sensor connected to IR1 is interrupted by obstacles, the gate will stop
and reverse during closing or stop during opening. IR1 LED on the control board will turn off. When
the beam of a photoelectric sensor connected to IR2 is interrupted by obstacles, the gate will stop and
reverse for 1 second during closing or stop during opening. IR2 LED on the control board will turn off.
EDGE SENSOR
Edge sensors can only be connected to IR2.
When the edge sensor connected to IR2 is contacted, the gate will stop and reverse for 1 second during
closing or stop during opening. IR2 LED on the control board will turn off.
