How to fix Charmglow Grill when it does not flame immediately?

  If your Charmglow Grill doesn't flame immediately when you light it, make sure you've turned on the gas and that there is a spark while you are trying to ignite the burner. Try pushing in for about 5 seconds before turning and igniting the grill. Also, ensure that your burner is clean.

Why does the Charmglow 720 Grill regulator make noise?

  If the regulator on your Charmglow Grill is making noise, it could be due to a plugged vent hose or a faulty regulator. Make sure the vent hole on the regulator isn't blocked. If it is, clear the hole, then close the LP tank and gas control valves. Wait ten minutes before restarting. When you turn the LP tank valve on, make sure you don't cover the vent hole on the regulator. If the flames aren't correct, you may need to replace the regulator.

  If the rotisserie motor on your Charmglow Grill won't turn, begin by checking the voltage at the outlet. If you need an extension cord, make sure it's a 16-gauge, grounded cord. Also, confirm that the on/off switch is actually on and that the load doesn't exceed the 40-pound operational capacity. Ensure the spit is fully inserted into the motor and that there are no obstructions or drag.

What to do if Charmglow Grill rotisserie burner will not light?

  If the rotisserie burner on your Charmglow Grill won't light when you push the igniter button, check for debris blocking the electrode sparks and see if there's a spark jumping from the electrode wire to the burner. If not, check the battery inside the button by pressing and turning it counter-clockwise. Look for loose wire connections and gently bend the electrode wire closer to the burner until a spark jumps from the igniter to the burner when you press the starter button. If attempting to match light, dose the infrared back burner light? If not, check did you turn on the gas.

Why does my Charmglow Grill take a long time to preheat?

  If your Charmglow Grill is taking a long time to preheat, keep in mind that a normal preheat to 500-600 degrees should take about 10-15 minutes. Cold weather and wind can also affect preheat time. Also, using volcanic rock or briquettes can increase both preheat time and maximum temperature.

Why are the Charmglow Grill burner flames not light blue?

  If the burner flames on your Charmglow Grill aren't light blue, it could be due to too much or not enough air mixing with the flame. Elevation is a primary cause, but cold weather can also affect the mixture. A burner adjustment may be needed. Also, check if the grill is in a windy location.

Why doesn't the full size cover fit my Charmglow 720 Grill?

  If the full-size cover doesn't fit your Charmglow Grill, it may be the wrong cover for your grill. It might also be a tight fit, so ensure the cover is the correct length by measuring it from left to right. Compare the location and size of the hood portion of the cover to your grill. Try spreading the cover and letting it relax, ideally in warm sunlight or a warm room.
