EXPLANATION OF FEATURES CONTINUED
Table Rotation Lever
Table rotation (15 degrees from neutral) is controlled with
squeeze and release of levers located on either side of the
lumbar section of the table.
In rare cases, patient can inadvertently depress rotation •
lever, causing sudden table movement. Always supervise
and assist patients getting on and off table to prevent falls.
Table Side Bending Lever
Table side bending (15 degrees from neutral) is controlled with
squeeze and release levers located on either side of the lumbar
section of the table.
Pelvic and Thoracic Harnesses
The Pelvic and Thoracic Harnesses should be used for most
lumbar traction treatments. The harnesses are marked “Upper
and “Lower” and feature a non-slip surface that can be used
either over clothing or against the patients skin. Placing the
harness non-slip surface directly on the patients skin ensures
the best treatment technique.
