Charging the Battery Pack

Battery Charging Safety

Charge battery only within 50°-100°F range; use specified charger.

Battery Pack Installation into Charger

Align ribs/grooves, press pack into place, ensure contacts engage.

SET-UP

Inserting a Bit in the Tool

Steps to insert or remove bits using collets and spindle lock.

Installing the Flexible Shaft

Steps 2-4 to attach the flexible shaft to the rotary tool.

Install Flexible Shaft Core

Pass shaft core through collet nut, depress spindle lock, tighten nut.

Install a Bit in the Flexible Shaft

Insert bit into collet, then collet into shaft handle, and tighten locking nut.

Install or Remove Collars

Swap collars or LED attachment by turning clockwise/counterclockwise.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare for Operation

Charge battery, insert tool, select bit, turn on LED light if desired.

Variable Speed Operation

Rotate switch to ON, adjust speed based on material and bit.

Complete Task and Stop Tool

Apply bit to material, stop tool by turning switch OFF, unplug.
