Problem Troubleshooting Procedure
Unable to turn on Power
Meter
1. Make sure the power cord is connected securely.
2. Make sure the voltage selector on the rear panel matches the
input power.
3. Make sure the fuse is not damaged.
Measured data error 1. Make sure the measurement wires are connected correctly.
2. Make sure the humidity condition of test environment is
within the specification.
3. Follow the steps listed in Appendix E Specification
Verification to ensure the product measurement is within
specification.
Unable to do remote control 1. Make sure the remote control address setting is correct.
2. Make sure applicable wires are used for connection.
