14 Wartung, Instandhaltung
Der Antrieb ist wartungsfrei.
Der Antrieb darf nur mit einer milden Seifenlauge gereinigt werden.
1. Installation onto valves
Installation onto valves can be any position except hanging down. An M12 connection thread is standard on the cone clutch. (Image 2).
The valve may also be installed with spacer bolts (Image 3).
When ordering an actuator the length of the spacer bolts must be specified.
Installation with yoke
• Screw DIN 439 M12 nut onto the plug stem
• Screw the cone clutch all the way onto the spindle nut
• Attach the actuator to the valve
• Install the yoke with 2 M14x40 bolts, nuts and spring washers
• Screw the cone clutch half way onto the plug stem
• Install parallel guide with two M6x16 bolts and spring washers
• Secure cone clutch with M4 grub screw
Installation with pillars
• Screw in fitting pillars
• Screw DIN 439 M12 nut onto the plug stem
• Screw cone clutch onto the plug stem
• Attach the actuator to the valve
• Install spring washers and nuts
• Connect the cone clutch and the parallel guide with 4 M6x25 bolts and spring washers
• Secure cone clutch with M5 grub screw
Permitted mounting positions:
• Vertical upright position
• Horizontal position with the pillars stacked
Install the actuator to leave adequate room for manual operation. Further leave approx.
120 mm clearance to the top of the body for removal (Image 4).

• max. altitude 2000 m above sea level
• max. 95% working humidity
• Power supply ±10%
• Overvoltage category II
• Contamination level II
