Change the mode to Multicast-Multicast and enable Global Multicast Mode and IGMP / MLD snooping.

New Mobility and MC Support
Cisco 5520 supports the new mobility functionality to be compatible with inter-platform IRCM and guest anchor functionality. This
platform will not function as an MC.

The Cisco 5520 controller enables console redirect by default with baud rate 9600, simulating a VT100 terminal with no flow control.
