Your video support team may have
activated the option of forwarding all
calls received. You may then choose
between voicemail and a receiver
appointed by you.
If you tap Forward all calls, the
familiar Call menu will appear letting
you specify whom to receive your
calls.
About Forwarding Calls

Tap in the upper left corner, as shown.
You may now choose to forward all calls to either a receiver
specied by you, or to your voicemail.
