Why does my Citizen CT-S310 Printer say 'Thermal head overheat'?
The 'Thermal head overheat' error appears because the print head temperature has risen, usually when printing dense characters or dark images. Please wait until the head temperature lowers. Printing will resume automatically once the temperature is at the required level.
