[Function] Defining the Download character set

[Range] 32 ≤ n1 ≤ n2 ≤ 255 m0 = 0 or m0 = 128
[Outline] This command defines he download characters. n1 is a character code to start definition
and n2 is to end definition, respectively. When defining only one character, set n1 = n2.
You can define the ASCII codes ranging from 32 to 255. Once the download characters
are defined, they remain valid until they are redefined or the download deletion command
(ESC DC2 n1 n2) is executed.
