CITIZEN Bluetooth Watch W770 Troubleshooting
Performing a clean install of the dedicated app and trying pairing (registration) again
Caution
• All the registration information on the smartphone will be removed after the following steps are finished. After removing,
you must execute pairing (registration) of smartphones again. Try this method when the other recovery methods were
not effective.
• The following steps are effective for Android phones only. The operation is not required for iPhones.

Checking the power reserve
You cannot execute operation for registration when the power reserve level
of the watch is “0”.
• Check also power reserve of your smartphones.

Removing registration information

Change the mode to [
TME
] and pull the crown out to position

The second hand points the registration information currently
chosen and the function hand indicates connection status (
ON/OFF
).

Press and hold the upper right button B for about 7 seconds.
The second hand turns fully around and removing is finished.

Rotate the crown to choose another registration information.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 to remove all the registration
information.

Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.
The second hand and function hand return to normal indication.

Remove “
Eco-Drive W770
” from the list of registered devices
in the
Bluetooth
setting on all the smartphones that have
ever connected with the watch.
• When “
Eco-Drive W770
” cannot be seen, it has already been deleted.
