It is required to install the dedicated app “

” on your smartphone to connect the watch with it.

Cannot register smartphones
Case
Cannot register other smartphones
• I cannot register my new smartphone.
• I cannot register my second smartphone.
• I could register two or more smartphones but I cannot now.
Cannot register the same smartphone
• I cannot register my smartphone again after updating its OS.
• I cannot change saving destination of registration information.
• I tried to register my smartphone again but I couldn't.
