HLD Bottle may not be connected
Turn machine off, disconnect / reconnect HLD
bottle.
If bottle is not filled more than ¾ full, replace
bottle referring to the “Replace HLD Bottle” Menu
Option. Instructions below.

Water inlet line may be disconnected /

Turn machine off, disconnect / reconnect water
line.
Water inlet line may be cracked
Turn machine off, ensure fitting is not cracked.
Water filter may be disconnected
Turn machine off, disconnect / reconnect water.
Water pressure may be low
Ensure water pressure is between 30-50psi.
disinfection chamber
Fluid has been detected in disinfection
chamber when it should be empty
If chamber is empty, press Enter to clear the error
and run cycle again.
If chamber is full, turn machine off, disconnect /
activated at same time
Press Enter to clear error and run cycle again.
unexpectedly during
disinfection cycle
HLD bottle should not be removed unless you
are replacing the bottle
If bottle is removed, then replace the same bottle
back in the system.
If bottle is not removed, clear the error. When
placing the HLD bottle back into machine, hold
the bottle against the bottle detector with one
hand and firmly connect with the other hand to
inappropriately
Probe was inserted or microswitch activated
prior to scanning probe ID
Press Enter to clear error and run cycle again.
If error occurs on ASTRA VR unit, wipe down the
visual cable sensors with a dry cloth to remove
inappropriately
Probe was removed after probe ID was
scanned, inserted, and door closed before

Disinfection Door left open
too long
Door left open for more than 2 minutes
during the HLD fill of the chambers.

Main program temporarily “busy”
Press Enter to clear error and try downloading log
file again.
