2. Give consideration to safety and easy handling when deciding on the
installation place. Avoid the following places:
@ A place which hampers driving.
@ Aplace where the safety of the passengers is compromised during an
emergency brake situation.
@ A place which is exposed to direct sunlight or the hot air from the heater.
@ Aplace which is exposed to rain or which comes into contact with water.
3. Only the provided screws Casing Casing
and brackets should be
used during installation.

those specified will cause

4. Before installation, check that there is no harness hidden behind any panels
before drilling any holes.
4-1. installation of connectors
1. When handling the cord, take the following precautionary measures:-
@ Avoid places that heat up such as the engine, the exhaust pipe and the
heater vent.
@ Keep it separate from the car’s own coiled and connected cords.
@ Take care not to place it across the burr edge of the metal sheet.
2. When connecting the 13 pin C-BUS extention cable, ensure that it is fully
inserted so as to make a secure connection.
After connecting, secure the cable with the lead clamp.

4-2. Installation of CD Changer Unit
1) Decide on the installation place and direction.
2) Adjust the installation selector levers Mf to the desired installation position.

de freinage violent.
@ Un endroit exposé a la lumiére du soleii ou a l’air chaud du systéme de
chauffage.
@ Un endroit exposé a ta pluie ou a l'eau.

. Avant l'instaltation, vérifiez qu’a l’endroit ol vous prévoyez de taire des
trous sur la planche de bord ou ailleurs dan le véhicule, il n'y arien derriére
(cables, etc.).
4.1. Installation des cables et connecteurs
1. Prenez les précautions suivantes lors du passage du cable d’alimentation:
@ Evitez de passer aux endroits qui chauffent, comme le moteur, le tuyau
d'échappement et Je systéme de chauffage.
@ Ne le regroupez pas avec les faisceaux électriques du véhicule.
@ Veiliez 4 ca qu'il ne frotte pas contre un bord métallique.
. Lors du branchement du cable d'extension C-BUS, assurez-vous que le
connecteur est bien enfoncé dans sa prise et que la connexion est solide.
Aprés le branchement, fixez le cable a l'aide du collier de fixation.

. Aprés connexion, servez-vous du collier de serrage ou de ruban adhésif
pour fixer le cable.
4-2. Installation des cables et connecteurs
1) Choisissez un emplacement et une position.
2) Ajustez les leviers de régiage de position physique fl en fonction de la
position choisie.
* L'appareil est livré avec les leviers réglés sur la position horizontale.
H : Horizontal / Horizontale 45 : Slope / Oblique V : Vertical / Verticale

2. Bei der Wahi der Einbaustelle sind Aspekte wie Sicherheit und einfache
Handhabung zu berticksichtigen. Zu vermeiden sind Einbaustelien, die
@ beim Fihren des Fahrzeugs stérend wirken.
@ die Sicherheit der Fahrzeuginsassen bei einer Notbremsung gefahrden.
@ direktem Sonnenlicht oder der HeiBiuft des Heizgeblases ausgesetzt
sind.
@ Regen ausgesetzt sind oder in Kontakt mit Wasser kommen kénnen.
3. Zum Einbau soliten nur die Gehause Gehause
mitgelieferten Schrauben
und Buigel verwendet
werden. Bei Verwendung
anderer Schrauben kann es
zur Beschadigung des
Gerates kommen.

4. Vor dem Bohren von Léchem ist sicherzustellen, daB sich hinter den
vorgeschenen Bohrléchern kein Kabelbaum befindet.
4-1. Installation der Stecker
1. Beim Anbringen des Anschlufkabels folgendes beachten:
@ Das Kabel nicht in der Nahe von Warmequellen wie Motor, Auspuffrohr
und Heizliifter verlegen.
@ Das Kabel getrennt von den bereits im Wagen vorhandenen Kabein
verlegen.
@ Darauf achten, daB das Kabel nicht Uber den Randgrat des
Karosserieblechs gefiihrt wird.
2. Beim AnschlieBen des 13-poligen C-BUS-Verlangerungskabel (oder des
faseroptischen Digitalkabels) daraut achten, da® der Stecker ganz
eingesteckt und eine feste Verbindung hergestellt ist. AnschlieBend das
Kabe! mit der Kabelklemme sichern.

3. Das Kabel nach dem AnschlieBen mit der Kabelklemme oder mit Kiebeband
sichern.
4-2. Installation des CD-Wechslers
1) Einbaustelle und Montagewinkel festlegen.
2) Montagewinkethebel fl auf die gewinschte Einbaustellung einstellen.
* Fur den Transport ist der Hebel waagrecht gestellt worden.

2. Ai momento di decidere dove installare I'unita prendere in considerazione
gli aspetti di sicurezza e facilita di accesso. Evitare quanto segue:
@ Una posizione che ostacola fa guida.
@ Una posizione dove Ia sicurezza dei passeggeri pud essere compromessa
in una situazione di frenatura d'emergenza.
@ Una posizione esposta alla luce diretta del sole o all'aria calda de!
riscatdatore.
@ Una posizione esposta alia pioggia o che viene a contatto con l’acqua.
3. Durante linstallazione usare Scatola Scatola
soltanto le viti e staffe fornite.
Se si usano viti diverse da
quelle specificate si possono
provocare danni.
4. Prima dell'installazuione, se si devono praticare fori, controllare che sul
retro dei pannelii non siano presenti fasci di cavi.
4-1. Installazione dei connettori
1. Prendere te precauzioni che seguono quando si deve posizionare i! cavo:
@ Evitare i punti che si riscaldano, per es. ii motore, il tubo di scappamento
e Ja boccheita del riscaldatore.
@ Tenerlo separato dai cavi di collegamento della vettura.
@ Fare attenzione a non posario su un bordo tagtiente della lamiera.
2. Quando si collega il cavo di protunga C-BUS a 13 piedini (0 i! cavo ottico
digitale), assicurarsi che sia inserito a fondo in modo da ottenere una
connessione ben fissa. Dopo il collegamento fissare il cavo con un fermaglio.

4-2. Installazione dell’unita cambiadischi CD
1) Decidere la posizione e direzione.
2) Regolare le leve di selezione [ll sulla posizione di installazione desiderata.
* Per la spedizione dalla fabbrica, la leva é posta in posizione orizzontale.
