Why is the oil consumption rising in my Clarke XE Air Compressor?

  If your Clarke Air Compressor's oil consumption is rising, check the oil level 2 or 3 minutes after stopping the compressor, as there may be too much oil in compressor. Ensure there is adequate ventilation to the air compressor to avoid high working temperatures. If the intake air filter is blocked, clean or change it. If your semi-automatic unit load is too small, convert to fully automatic operation. If the unit is too small in proportion to air consumption, connect supplementary.
