This document describes the serial commands for CONVERGE Pro 2.
You can connect to a CONVERGE Pro 2 device via its serial port or via telnet session.
End Points are audio channels that can be controlled and linked using CONVERGE Pro 2.
The syntax conventions described in this section apply throughout this manual.
Using the serial port, you can send commands to a CONVERGE Pro 2 box (input), and the box sends return information (output).
Most parameters (unless noted otherwise) can be expressed as either text or as numbers.
Many commands can function as both write commands (sending information to the box) or read commands (requesting information from the box).
CONVERGE Pro 2 lets you create channel labels and channel groups to refer to channels within serial commands.
The CP2 Touch Panel Controller can be used to mute the input channel or change the volume.
Changes settings for a group of connected CONVERGE Pro 2 boxes.
Gets information about and configures a particular CONVERGE Pro 2 box.
Creates custom partition configurations for rooms that have dividers, and can therefore be partitioned in various ways.
Configures an endpoint channel.
Ramps the gain of an end point up or down in specified increments.
Creates or removes crosspoint connections between input and output end points, and specifies crosspoint attenuation and type.
Clears all settings generated using the MT command.
Send all the filter settings to an end point.
