Transport / Storage
Transport or store in the original packaging. Disconnect the
power supply during storage. The packaging is recyclable.
Refer to the Ambient Conditions contained in the safety
instrucitons.
3 Product description:
Corded Nutrunners
• Low inertia brushless motor with resolver. Shutoff
is torque/angle controlled.
• Integratedpreamplier,includingservicememory.
Self identication of tool when connected to a
controller.
• LED display provides information about current
rundown result.
• Clockwise/counterclockwise rotation
• Fastening parameters are set by the controller.
• Data transmission and power supplied between
the controller and tool by means of the tool cable.

4 Before initial operation:
Power supply
Power for the nutrunner is provided by networking it with a
tool controller.
Cable connection to tool
Insert the tool connection end of the cable into the nutrunner
handle. Align the key on the cable connector with the switch
actuator on the tool handle. This will allow the key to engage
the mating slot inside the handle. Thread the cable collar
into the tool handle and tighten securely.
Cable connection to controller
Connect the other end of the cable to the tool connector
on the controller. Make certain the collar on the controller
tool connector is pushed in towards the controller. Align the
connector patterns on the tool cable and controller connector.
Push the cable connector into the controller connector and
pull the collar towards the cable to lock the cable connector
in position.
