applications in a restricted space or high
torque: inline tools (4 Nm), pistol grip tools
(10 Nm), right angle tools (60 Nm).
Performing a fastener rundown
The48EseriesnutrunnershavebeenconguredbyApex
Tool Group.A setting for your specc fastener joint must
only be made with the nutrunner controller by qualied
personnel

, The initial operation can vary depending on the
type and programming of the nutrunner controller. Refer to
the nutrunner controller Programming Manual.
→Makesurethetoolcableissecurelyattachedtothetool
and controller.
→ Make sure the controller is powered on and properly
programmed (refer to the controller manuals).
→ Make sure the reverse mechanism is in the correct
position.
→Placethesocketorbitontheapplicationanddepressthe
switch actuator to start the rundown.
→Whenthenutrunnershutsoff,releasetheswitchactuator.
→Removethenutrunnerfromtheapplication.
