Step 2
Remove Seat Cushion, see “Removing/
Installing Seat Cushion” on page 78.
Remove LATCH Push-on Connectors from their
storage location, see “LATCH Belt Storage”
on page 82.
Step 3
Insert the Anti-Rebound Bar into the holes in
the bottom of the seat on each side of the
Recline Foot as shown in Figure 117.
Step 4
Hold the Anti-Rebound Bar in place and
insert Locking Pins into the holes in the seat
and through the Anti-Rebound Bar as shown
in Figure 118. Check that each Locking Pin is
securely installed through both sides of the
Anti-Rebound Bar and that the Locking Pin
Clips are through the Locking Pins.
Step 5
If installing with vehicle belt, place LATCH
Push-on Connectors back into their storage
location, see “LATCH Belt Storage” on page
82.

TO REMOVE ANTI-REBOUND BAR
Step 1
Remove the Seat Cushion, see “Removing/
Installing Seat Cushion” on page 78.
If LATCH Push-on Connectors are stored,
remove them from their storage location, see
“LATCH Belt Storage” on page 82.
Step 2
Remove the Locking Pins and Locking Pin
Clips from the seat as shown in Figure 119.
Remove the Anti-Rebound Bar from the seat.
NOTE: Keep Locking Pins and Locking Pin
Clips with Anti-Rebound Bar for storage.
Step 3
Place LATCH Push-on Connectors back into
their storage location, see “LATCH Belt
Storage” on page 82.
Install the Seat Cushion, see “Removing/
Installing Seat Cushion” on page 78.
