2.Disassembly
Removing the Keyboard
1. Turn off the computer and remove the battery (page 2 - 5).
2. Remove screws
- from the bottom of the computer and use the Eject Pin Tool to carefully push out the key-
board at point
3. Remove the top cover module and the screws - (Figure 12b).
4. Carefully lift the keyboard
up, being careful not to bend the keyboard ribbon cable (Figure 12c).
5. Disconnect the keyboard ribbon cable from the locking collar socket .
6. Carefully lift up the keyboard (Figure 12d) off the computer.
