Removing the Modem
1. Turn off the computer, remove the battery (page 2 - 5), HDD (page 2 - 6), component bay cover (page 2 - 9), opti-
cal device (page 2 - 8), CPU (page 2 - 12), bluetooth (page 2 - 16) and keyboard (page 2 - 17).
2. Remove screws - from the bottom case.
3. Turn the computer over, remove screws - and disconnect cables - (Figure 15b).
