What to do if my Climate Wizard Air Conditioner fan fails to start?
    • L
      Larry MilesAug 17, 2025
If your Climate Wizard Air Conditioner fan isn't starting, check the main power circuit breaker or fuse, and reset or replace if necessary. Burnt out fan motor should be replaced. Low system voltage may require consulting with your power supply authority. If the wall or remote control is in AUTO or AUTO TIMER mode and no fan bars are displayed the fan will not start, so switch to MANUAL mode to check the fan operation. You may need to replace wall control. Also, check fault condition via the tri-colour LED on electronic module, rectify fault as indicated and restart the cooler.

Why is my Climate Wizard Air Conditioner so noisy?
    • V
      Victoria WhiteAug 20, 2025
A noisy Climate Wizard Air Conditioner could be caused by a fan that's out of balance due to dirt, so clean the fan. Alternatively, the air distribution system might be creating too much back pressure, or changes of direction too sudden, or grilles too small, in which case you should have contractor re-evaluate his design; use bends instead of elbows; change grille sizes.

What to do if Climate Wizard CW-H15 Air Conditioner pump runs but no water circulates?
    • E
      Elizabeth FergusonAug 25, 2025
If your Climate Wizard Air Conditioner pump runs but there is no water circulation, it might be due to insufficient water in the reservoir, so check the probe cable is plugged in fully and clean probes. Blocked water hoses should be checked and cleaned out. Also, check and clean pump strainer.

How to get rid of unpleasant odor from my Climate Wizard Air Conditioner?
    • K
      kellymichaelAug 28, 2025
An unpleasant odor from your Climate Wizard Air Conditioner can stem from several sources. If you have a new cooler core, drain and refill the reservoir, then run the pump. If the cooler is near an unpleasant odor source, remove the source or relocate the cooler. Algae in the reservoir water necessitates draining and cleaning the reservoir with a strong cleansing agent, refilling it, and changing the cores. If cores remain wet after shut down, run fan on "vent" for 3 hours after cooling cycle to dry cores out. Heavy core deposits require replacement of the cores.

Why is my Climate Wizard CW-H15 Air Conditioner continuously overflowing water?
    • A
      Angela LewisAug 31, 2025
If your Climate Wizard Air Conditioner is experiencing continuous overflow of water, the water management probes adjustment may not be correct, so check probe cable plugged in fully and clean probes. Another cause may be heavy core deposits, so clean or replace cores.

What causes water to be blown into the building from my Climate Wizard CW-H15?
    • R
      Robert RobinsonSep 4, 2025
Water being blown into the building from your Climate Wizard Air Conditioner may be due to a malfunctioning auto drain valve, so check and remedy its function. Loose water hose connections should be tightened. Replace any cracked or broken hoses.

Why is my Climate Wizard Air Conditioner not cooling properly?
    • L
      Louis PollardNov 12, 2025
If your Climate Wizard Air Conditioner isn't cooling adequately, several factors could be the cause. It might be due to an under-sized cooler or ducts, which would require replacement with larger ones. A clogged or dirty cooling core or air filter could also be the culprit, necessitating cleaning or replacement. Ensure the water distribution system isn't obstructed, and the pump is functioning correctly if the cores are dry. Also, make sure there is adequate provision for exhausting stale air from building (open windows and doors). Other potential issues include a balancing damper out of position (re-position damper and lock), excessive resistance from a poorly located backdraft damper (remove backdraft damper and substitute manual slide damper), or excessive ambient humidity, in which cas...
