2.4.2 Hang the indoor unit
1 Using the paper template provided, make a rectangular
hole in the ceiling leaving a clearance of at least 1 m
on all sides. The hole must be 40mm bigger than the
body (see “Fig. 4”). Mark the areas where the holes for
the ceiling hooks are to be drilled.

CAUTION DANGER
The unit body must be aligned exactly with the
hole. Before proceeding, check that the hole
is the same size as the unit.

2 Drill four 5cm holes in the internal ceiling, in the
positions marked for the hooks. Keep the drill bit at a
90° angle to the ceiling.
3 Hammer the ceiling hooks into the holes. Fasten the
bolt with the washers and nuts provided.
4 Install the four suspension bolts.

5 Assemble the indoor unit. Two people are needed to
lift and fasten the unit. Insert the suspension bolts into
the holes for attaching the unit. Fasten them with the
washers and nuts provided.
