Troubleshooting
Warning: If the Pump does not perform as expected, if it is dropped, gets wet or is damaged
in any way, then remove it from use immediately. Mark it clearly as quarantined and preferably
take it out of the working area altogether, so that it cannot be accidentally used again, until it has
been returned for inspection by qualified service personnel.

Battery is depleted/very low
Pump is faulty
Charge battery

The infusion is going too
quickly/has ended early or
too slowly/ volume
remaining in syringe at end
of infusion.
Incorrect rate set
Wrong syringe brand
confirmed during set up
Pump faulty or incorrectly
calibrated.
Check displayed rate
against prescription, change
if necessary.
Re-train user to prevent
repeat of this event
Service/calibration required
The Pump has stopped
before empting the syringe
Exhausted
Blocked/trapped infusion set
Charge battery, turn pump
on, confirm syringe size and
brand, select resume to
continue infusion.
Clear the occlusion
