If there is danger of frost, dismantle the device and accessories, clean and store them in a place
protected from frost.
Dismantle and store
1. Turn off the device, unplug the mains plug.
2. Open pressure line (turn on water spigot or nozzle), allow water to completely run off.
3. Completely empty the pump by unscrewing the water drain plug (6).
4. Dismantle the suction and pressure lines from the device.
5. Store device in a frost-free room (at least 5 °C).
Disposal
Disposing of the device
Products which are labelled with the adjacent symbol must not be disposed of in house-
hold rubbish. You must dispose of such old electrical and electronic equipment separately.
Please check with your local authority about the possibilities for correct disposal.
Through separate disposal you send old equipment for recycling or for other forms of re-
use. You will thus help to avoid in some cases that damaging material gets into the environment.
Disposing of packaging
The packaging consists of cardboard and correspondingly marked plastics, which can be recycled.
– Submit these materials to a recycling facility.
Faults and remedial measures
When something isn’t working…
Often only small faults cause a malfunction. You can usually easily remedy such faults yourself.
Please consult the following table before contacting the service. This saves effort and possibly also
costs.
Risk of injury!
Improperly performed repairs can lead to the device not functioning safely. This endan-
gers yourself and your environment.
