• Never try to dismantle or repair you dehumidifier yourself.
• If thedehumidifier needs to be used with anextension lead or trailing socket,
make sure that thelead used is suitable for use with thedehumidifier.
• Never plug in or unplug thedehumidifier with wet hands.
• Never insert foreign objects into thedehumidifier’s openings.
• Unplug thedehumidifier immediately if it emits strange noises, odours or smoke.
• Unplug thedehumidifier immediately if it tips over or if it is splashed with water.
Contact aqualified service technician before using thedehumidifier again.
• The dehumidifier must not be covered in any way. Make sure that no foreign
objects cover or block theair inlet/outlet. Blockages can lead to fires, electric
shocks or damage to thedehumidifier.
• Never use thedehumidifier in areas where flammable liquids/materials or gases
(petrol, solvents, gas cylinders) are stored or used.
• Unplug thedehumidifier from thewall socket when it is not in use.
• Never use themains lead plug for turning thedehumidifier on or off. The
dehumidifier should only be switched on and off using theon/off switch.
• Before moving thedehumidifier: Make sure it is switched off, unplugged and that
thewater reservoir is empty.
• Never expose thedehumidifier to running/splashing water or other liquids. Liquid
coming in contact with electrical components can be extremely hazardous.
• Do not place thedehumidifier where there is arisk of it falling into water or other
liquid. Do not place any objects which contain liquid onto thedehumidifier such as
vases, drinks, etc.
Disposal
This dehumidifier should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
