Enable Bluetooth on Your Device

Turn on Bluetooth functionality on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Access Accessibility Settings

Navigate to Settings and then select Accessibility.

Pairing and Connecting the Sound Processor (Steps)

Restart the Sound Processor

Open and close the battery door to restart the sound processor for discoverability.

Select Hearing Devices

Choose 'Hearing Devices' from the Accessibility menu to find your processor.

Select Your Sound Processor

Wait for the processor to appear in the list and tap to select it.

Confirm Pairing Request

Press 'Pair' when the Bluetooth pairing request appears on your device.

Unpairing Your Sound Processor

Forget Device in Settings

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices, select the processor, and tap 'Forget this device'.

Controlling the Sound Processor via iPhone/iPad/iPod

Control via Control Center
