  Unclear sound from the microphone could be due to several reasons: * The hearing devices might be too far from the microphone. * The microphone could be too close to other electrical devices, causing interference. * A cable connecting the microphone to the auxiliary source may not be properly inserted. To resolve this: 1. Try shortening the distance between the hearing devices and the microphone. 2. Check that the microphone is not sitting on top of an electrical device. 3. Ensure all cables are plugged in correctly.

  If the streaming signal disappears, it might be because your hearing devices are out of the microphone's range. The maximum range is about 80 feet (25 meters), depending on your surroundings. If you move back into range within 5 minutes, the hearing devices should reconnect automatically. If not, simply restart the streaming. Also, ensure the cable connecting your ReSound Multi Mic or Cochlear Mini Microphone 2+ to the audio source is fully inserted.
