Step 2: Use the Phone Clip
You can also use the phone interface as normal to make, answer and
finish phone calls. The only difference is that sound will be streamed
automatically to your sound processors.
For phone calls:
• Answer a call: press the Call pick-up/hang-up button.
• Reject a call: double-press the Call pick-up/hang-up button.
• Make a call: long press (about 3 seconds) the Call pick-up/hang-
up button. Use voice commands to make a call.
• Finish a call: press the Call pick-up/hang-up button.
A Phone Clip that is streaming displays as a Bluetooth
icon on the CR230 Remote Assistant Home screen:

TIP
For best performance wear your
Phone Clip vertically within
30 cm of your mouth. The
Phone Clip comes with a pivoting
clip so you can easily rotate it to a
vertical position.
NOTE
For more advanced features, see
the User Guide that was packaged
with your Phone Clip.
NOTE
You may hear a beep whenever an audio signal comes
into the Phone Clip, for example, if you receive an SMS.
You may be able to disable this using the silent mode on
your phone or by turning off phone notifications. See your
phone user instructions for more information.
