Reinstall the mixer mounting plate onto
the motor shaft and push it all the way
in until it inserts into the motor fl ange.
Assembly the steam trap onto the mixer,
then insert the vents and tabs into their
holes.
With the arrow facing out (A), align it with the fl at area on the shaft (B) and slide the
disk onto the shaft until it latches (C).
Ensure the mounting plate handle is in
the 4:00 o’clock position when inserted,
then rotate to 5:00 o’clock to secure it.
Make sure the mixer and steam trap are
fully inserted, then rotate the mounting
plate handle to the 5:00 o’clock position
to lock it in place.
Reconnect the outlet tubes to the coffee
spout.
Important!:
Ensure that all tubes have been
reconnected correctly. The
265mm tube attaches to the
right mixer and the 215mm tube
attaches to the left mixer.
