Open the door. Turn the canister chute
switch (A) to close.
Use the whipper disc tool to pry the disc
outwards to free it from the motor shaft,
then pull it off of the motor shaft.
Pull the mixer straight out to release it.
Rotate the mounting plate levers
anticlockwise to the 5:00 position.
Lift the canister slightly and slide it out to
clear the mixing bowl.
Disconnect the tubes from the mixer
outlet and coffee spout.
Rotate the mounting plate handle anti-
clockwise to the 4:00 position, then pull
the plate straight out to remove it.

Save time by exchanging dirty
parts with clean spares and
washing and drying the dirty
parts later (in a dishwasher if
dishwasher-safe) then reusing
them for the next cleaning.
